Shipping to the USA

All orders will be shipped from the United Kingdom, using DDP Air Classic. Your order can take up to 5 working days to arrive, depending on where in the USA you are based. We do not offer Expedited Shipping to the USA at this moment.

A flat shipping rate of $14.99 will be applied to all orders.

Please note that your parcel will be delivered anytime between 9am and 8pm, we cannot control the exact date or time of delivery.

Returns 

We hope you are happy with any product purchased, but if you wish to return a product to us for any reason you may do so within 30 days of the dispatch date. It must be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging. We will refund the price or replace the product. Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items being sent to you. This does not affect your statutory rights. Other than for defective products, returns outside the timeframe set out above may be accepted at the sole discretion of Popcorn Shed Ltd. Once item is returned and checked. Item is refunded within 30 days of receiving the undamaged saleable product.
If returning goods please obtain a proof of posting from your delivery service provider. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
