Rosemary Truffle Popcorn
This one sounds super post but trust us it’s super easy to whip up and oh so poppin’ delicious! For this recipe, all you’ll need is our vegan sea salted Mini Pop! 2-3 fresh rosemary sprigs, extra virgin olive oil and truffle oil. Easy-peasy instructions below!

Measure 6 tablespoons of olive oil and combine with the rosemary in a small saucepan over medium heat until you can hear it sizzle. Remove from heat and let the delicious mixture cool, discard the rosemary.

After the rosemary oil has cooled, measure ½ teaspoon of truffle oil and add to the mixture.

In a large bowl, add the delicious sea salt popcorn and pour over the rosemary and truffle mixture. Make sure every yummy kernel is coated, and you’re ready to devour this healthy treat!
Vegan Maple Bacon Pancakes
Perfect for a lazy Sunday brunch, and yes you did read it right, we can supply you with mouthwatering maple bacon popcorn! This recipe is extremely versatile, add your favourite fruit or vegan chocolate chips to these entirely plant based pancakes. Here’s what you’ll need to pop on your ingredient list:

300g self raising flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp vanilla extract
-
400ml plant based milk
-
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Mini Pop! Maple Bacon popcorn to serve
Method:

Using a balloon whisk, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Carefully add in the milk until the batter is smooth and dense.

In a non-stick frying pan over medium-low heat, warm a little oil, then spoon 2 tbsp batter into the pan at a time to produce small, round pancakes. You'll need to work in groups of two or three at a time. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until bubbles develop on the surface and the edges are firm. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown on both sides and heated through. Warm in the oven while you finish the rest of the pancakes.

We recommended serving with lashes of maple syrup and yummy gourmet vegan maple bacon popcorn for a satisfying pop and crunch! Of course you can go completely rogue with toppings and add whatever you want, enjoy!
Chilli-Lime Tequila Popcorn
In this popcorn rendition of the cocktail, all the tastes of a jalapeño margarita are combined. You don't need to be a mixologist to enjoy this delightful combination of melted dairy-free butter, lime juice, zest, and shredded jalapeno, which is then poured over zingy salt and vinegar popcorn.
Ingredients:

50g dairy free butter

2 tsp lime juice

1 tsp tequila
-
½ small jalapeño, seeds removed, chopped.

½ tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp cumin
Method:

Combine together the butter, lime juice and tequila in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Toss in the jalapeño. Blend the black pepper, salt, red pepper, and cumin in a small bowl.

Empty the popcorn onto a large tray. Drizzle the butter mixture over the popcorn until it is evenly coated. Sprinkle the pepper mixture over the popcorn, making sure it sticks to the butter mixture.

Leave to dry and devour on its own or as part of a Mexican fiesta!
Vanilla Almond Popcorn
Because the almonds contribute a touch of protein, this sweet vanilla almond popcorn is a fantastic on the go snack. This recipe is sweetened with dates and contains only healthy ingredients to keep you feeling your best when travelling (or when you’re in need of emergency movie night snacks). Yummy recipe below!
Ingredients:

2 tbsp coconut oil

2 Medjool dates
-
2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp almonds

1 tbsp water
Method:

Combine the coconut oil, dates, vanilla, almonds, and water in a blender. Scrape down the edges as required until the mixture is smooth.

In a large bowl, combine the popcorn with the sauce.

That’s it! A super quick and super healthy vegan snack ready in seconds.
