Vegan Butterscotch Pancakes
Pancake party!! At Shedquarters, pancakes hold a special place in our hearts. They're easy to make, super versatile and, most importantly, incredibly tasty! Whether you like plain pancakes or you want to top them with chocolate, nuts, seeds, fruit or like us, popcorn, you'll love making these with your favourite toppings! This vegan butterscotch pancake recipe is made using our Butterscotch gourmet popcorn for a sweet and crunchy finishing touch.
For the pancakes combine:

80g plain self raising flour

20g (4tbsp) salted caramel flavoured protein powder

1 tsp baking powder
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tbsp caramel syrup
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 bottle of Biomel vegan salted caramel cultured milk
-
40ml water
For the butterscotch sauce combine:

10g vegan butter
-
10g vegan condensed milk
-
1 tbsp granulated sweetener
Top with:

A lot of vegan butterscotch gourmet popcorn

Vegan whipped cream
