Let’s face it, life is better with chocolate! FACT
This easy peezy popcorn squeezy recipe requires no baking at all.
Who knew something so delicious could be so easy to make?!
Ingredients:
200g milk chocolate
200g dark chocolate
200g white chocolate
Your choice of toppings
Chocolate popcorn
We have listed the ingredients above but you are welcome to use whatever chocolate you have available be it dark, milk, or white.
Method:
Line the baking tray with some parchment paper. We used a little bit of butter to grease the tray to keep the paper in place.
Break the chocolate into three a large heatproof bowl. Bring a pan of water to a simmer, then place the bowl on top. Let the chocolate slowly melt, stirring with a spatula. You can melt the chocolate in a microwave but be careful not to let it burn!
When all the chocolate is melted, pour a small amount of your milk, then white and then dark onto the tray before gently swirling the chocolates together using a cocktail stick or thin skewer. Top Pop Tip: either Tip the tin from side to side to let the chocolate find the corners and level out or use a spatular.
Now add the Chocolate Popcorn topping. Scatter popcorn and press gently.
Place in the fridge until solid (30ish minutes).
Break into bite-size pieces to serve. YUM!
