Rocky road is one of those delicious and easy baking recipes that everyone loves. It’s easy to make and and comes out amazing every time. And no baking is actually involved! #Winning

This delicious Popcorn infused Rocky Road recipe is not only super easy peasy but also is the perfect bake for a number of different occasions... A treat for friends, family, coworkers, picnics, long car journeys and more!

Makes enough to serve 18 people.

Takes approximately 30 minutes to make.

100g Dark Chocolate
200g Milk Chocolate
125g Unsalted Butter
1 tbsp Runny Honey
180g Popcorn Shed Gourmet Popcorn any flavour or a mix of flavours
80g Marshmallows
80g Dolly Mixtures

METHOD

Line a brownie tin. Melt the butter and honey in a pan on a medium heat. Take off the heat.

Add in all the gourmet popcorn and two thirds of the marshmallows and stir.

Pour out into the brownie tin and level off with a spoon.

Sprinkle over the remaining marshmallows and dolly mixtures. Pop in the fridge for 2 hours then slice up.
