Fluffy Popcorn Pancake Recipe
Pancakes! Simple yet Deliciously Effective!
These pancakes are fluffy, thick, spongy and delicious!
These are ‘American’ style pancakes are we recommend you eat them with syrup and gourmet popcorn!
Makes | 6 pancakes
Preparation time | 15 minutes
Cooking time | 20 mins
Ingredients:
135g plain flour1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
130ml milk
1 large egg
Butter to fry with
Shed gourmet popcorn. Any flavor!
Toppings:
Maple syrup
Butter
Gourmet Popcorn
Equipment
Frying Pan
Spatula
Bowl
Ladle
Method:
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
Then add the milk and eggs and mix until fully incorporated into a batter.
Add a knob of butter into the frying pan and melt over a medium heat.
Once butter is melted, add a ladle of batter.
Once the top of the pancake begins to bubble, flip it over using the spatula.
Cook until both sides are golden brown.
The pancake should rise and be about 1cm thick.
Repeat process!
Serve with lots of real syrup and gourmet popcorn!
